A second battery is $60 from Novatel, although you can get them for $35 from www.pdamart.com.

They do not provide a charger for the second battery and I don't know how you would charge it. You could of course just buy another Sage for charging and as a backup. The time to charge is reasonably quick, so it is possible to just use one

There is a car lighter adapter available from pdamart for $46, (Novatell doesn't sell it on their website)
