Nextel does not current have CDPD service.

Other Data

There phones CAN be used as a TCP/IP modem. Currently I do not have any details on how to make this work. When used in this mode, you need to have a TCP/IP stack, which the receiver doesn't

Dial-Up Data

The nextel phones I500Plus, I700Plus, I1000plus, I2000plus. Should be able to be used for data. I have tested the I700plus. (The data manual for the I700 is for all 3 phones)

You need to order the online plus package to get data. CDS (Circuit Switched Data) services is not turned on by default. You need to call Nextel at 1-800-639-6111 Option 3 to have CDS turned on.
