Time division multiple access:
A digital wireless phone transmission method that allows multiple users to share the same radio frequency spectrum.
TDMA is used at 800Mhz and 1900Mhz
This is used by the following providers
- Celluluar One
- At&t wireless
- BellSouth Mobility
- Southwestern Bell Wireless
- US Cellular
There is no real difference for end users between TDMA and CDMA.
Cellular one does not provide data services at this time.
